Our order confirmation email should go out a few minutes after placing your order. If you haven’t received it after 24 hours, check your spam folder. No order or shipping confirmation email? As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you should receive an email with a tracking link. However, your order may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch so hang tight!

Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know your email address, order number, and carrier claim number. Once we receive the information, we’ll work to resolve it.
Yes, we ship worldwide from the USA.
Orders outside the USA will be shipped with DDP terms (Duties and Delivery Paid). We use a third party app that calculates these expenses and adds them to the shipping total at checkout.
Please note, international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange at this time.
Standard shipping prices and delivery times are determined based on order value and on whether it’s USA or international shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
USA- Standard delivery 1-5 working days and free for orders over $50.
Rest of the world - Standard delivery 3-7 working days. Orders outside the USA will be shipped with DDP terms (Duties and Delivery Paid). We use a third party app that calculates these expenses and adds them to the shipping total at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your order isn’t quite what you were expecting? Provided your items haven’t been worn, we will provide an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us at email@example.com and look for our response within 2 business days. If you have not received a response from us within that time, please check your spam/junk folder.

Wash in cold water. Hang to dry. If ironing is required, use a low temperature. To maintain the color properties of your Sir Cadian sleepwear, avoid using bleach.
